Glenys was born 30th March 1954 in Jarrahdale, Western Australia, the second child of Malcolm and Roma Clifton. Following Roma’s passing, Glenys was raised by her Grandmother Myra and Arthur (pop) Green.
In July 1971 Glenys married Lexter William Board and the couple moved to Geraldton, Western Australia.
The couple later moved to Darwin, Northern Territory.
After the dissintergration of her first marriage, Glenys met Remo Ferreo and they later married.
