Percival Allan was born in Gnowangerup, 16th April 1930. He was to be known as Allan for his entire life.
After the war ended and Ken returned home, Allan spent a good deal of his time living with his father and step mother on the Sounness property outside of Mt Barker.
He married Muriel Moxam 22nd September 1953.
The couple were unable to have children and following the passing of Roma Maud Clifton they adopted Thelma May, the youngest child of Malcolm and Roma.
Muriel passed away 5th April 1989 in Perth.
Allan was later in a defacto relationship with Edna Marie Hayden who brought 3 step children into Allan’s life.
